i need to find an old game, you can help me
1) it ran on windows 98
2) it was a 2d shooter platformer
3) you had to get a key and open a door to get to the next level, you pick up weapons and ammo
4) it takes place in something like a lab, you wake up on some operating table and are most likely half robot
5) when you burn defenselessness scientists with a flamethrower, they run for a while in flames before turning to dust
4) it had something like 'urban' in its name but i am not really sure

Wasn't Blake Stone a FPS... I also recall it had no jumping/platforming action.

Makes me think of one of Apogees' early games, and that bit about scientists makes me fairly sure I've played it from one of them old shareware compilations, but I can't for the life of me remember what the name could be.

EDIT:
Maybe wildly off the mark, but could it be Abuse? Doesn't have "urban" in the name, but (probably) half-robotic protagonist, a laboratory of sorts, and I recall it might have had the optional killing of innocents in it.
